At Taskitor, we aim to provide high-quality productivity tools. Because our service provides immediate value through data processing and digital builds, we maintain a strict refund policy to prevent service abuse.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, ONLY if the following conditions are met:
- Zero Consumption: You have not "consumed" or "downloaded" any data or generated any "builds" (e.g., CV exports, project exports, or AI-generated content).
- No Account Usage: You have not actively used the premium features of the account beyond the initial login.
- Technical Issues: You have encountered a verifiable technical defect that prevents you from using the service, and our support team has been unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have already used the platform to generate, export, or "build" content.
- The 14-day request window has passed.
- You simply "changed your mind" after utilizing the premium tools.
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Technical Issue Clause
If you face a technical error that makes the service unusable, we will honor a refund regardless of "usage" if our technical team cannot fix the bug for you. We are committed to a platform that works perfectly.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@taskitor.com with:
- Your account email.
- Your Order ID/Transaction ID.
- A brief explanation of the technical issue (if applicable).
We process all valid requests within 3–5 business days. Once a refund is issued, your access to premium features will be immediately revoked.
